We like to make fun of "Christian Romance Novels" from time to time.
Whenever Mom is reading said books, we tell her the plot before she reads it. You know the story...
A new girl comes to town. She is beautiful. No one likes her. There is a handsome man there. She doesn't like him because he offended her. She ends of getting hurt or there is a storm coming or someone dies. He helps her. They love each other. They get married.
or
A man just lost his wife. He is handsome. He and his two children move to a new town to escape. He stops believing in God. They have a schoolteacher. She is pretty. She thinks he is rude. He thinks she is quiet. The whole book is about them not liking each other until the last two chapters. A kid gets sick. She saves his life. They love each other. They get married. He loves God agan.
