I took this test on Wednesday.
I didn't realized that I had this test on Wednesday until Tuesday night.
So I memorized all these steps and product features.
And I got my test back today and I had an 86.
I was very happy, since I was stressing out about it Tuesday evening. heh.
God is so good to me.
Anyhow, I was going to tell you about one of the questions on the test...
It said to name the four f's in design.
I knew that they are:
form
fit
function
finish
but, I added an extra one on the end, Faith.
I hoped my professor had a sense of humor.
My test came back and it said "that's funny" and the f was underlined in funny.
HA! I laughed outloud. :)

I don't think I'll be posting much in the near future, or better said, I don't think I should post much in the near future. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed and it is only five weeks into the semester and I have only started one of my projects so far. I have yet to start on either of my research papers, or my fluids project, or reading my two English books. I have come to the conclusion that it isn't fun to be in charge. It is way too much work!!! I am going to be in charge of two project teams this semester. It isn't going to be fun.
Today, I came home from school today and I graded homework for three hours, then I remembered I have a quiz tomorrow and that is what I have been doing for the past hour. I also need to finish my application project for English by Thursday, our benchmarking (50 page paper) by Friday, and Vibrations homework by Monday. But, I needed to check my email, so I logged online. Then I came to my blog and I decided to inform you that if you see me blogging, you should yell at me and ask me if my schoolwork is finished. heh. I mean it.
Oh well, it isn't about me, right?
For all you GT FANS:
Hebrews 12:1 "Therefore since we are surronded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders, and the sin that so easily entangles, and let us run with perseverance, the race marked out for us."
Romans 15:5-6 "May the God who gives endurance and encouragement, give you the spirit of unity, unity among yourselves, as you follow Christ Jesus. So that with one heart, one heart and mouth, you may glorify the God and Father, of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Then Mary and I went to church and it was cut short because of the snow. And I couldn't stop thinking of sledding down the big hill in front of their house. Mary and Joe live at the base of two hills. So I figured I could sled down the one hill and the other hill would stop me. But, 1) I couldn't find a sled and 2) By the time we got out of church, they had already put salt down on the roads. It was very sad. I REALLY REALLY want to go sledding. I hope it snows at least one more time while I am here. It would be so sweet!!!
This morning I went to Joshua Harris's church with Cousin Chalice and two of her friends. Grandipop indroduced me to her friends as one of his 25 grandchildren. And Chalice and I laughed at him, but her friends believed him. We didn't realize that they thought we were related until we blew our cover. haha. We could have had so much fun with that all day if we had only known. So in light of the fun, and having someone to go to church with me today, I have changed Chalice to "Cousin Chalice" on the links. Oh, and Joshua Harris took the day off and one of the other pastors preached. I was a bit disappointed. But now I have an excuse to go back. If anyone wants to go with me, you can come up and I'll take you. It is much better to go with other people. However, I think I still may go back next week. We'll see.
Ummm, the paper is coming along, not as fast as any of us would want. We have about 15 or so pages written and a lot of data still to analysis and organize and catoegize. It is going to be a lot of work. We were in the computer lab from 12:30-6 yesterday and from 1-4:30 today. So, there are three of us working on this part and that is nine hours. And three times nine is twenty-seven. So twenty seven hours so far, just in lab. I was up to one last night doing calcualations for our meeting today. We have to do this one statistical test to prove something and if the test fails, we have to do a different test, and if that test fails then we have to do yet another test. And if the tests past, then we have to do several different tests to rank the information. And it is just a lot work of Excel spreadsheet and building formulas. I think we have almost everything we need now and can start writing about our results. It is due Friday. haha. I love engineering!! I am serious about this. This is my favorite class. I don't hate this at all. It may be a bit stressful at times, but I love it. It isn't like my other three classes that seem completely pointless. *shakes head* I am sure I am learning something. Well, I have to get back to work.

It is an amazing book.
I thought I would share some of my favorite quotes so far.
"** Men think it a shame to be ignorant of their trade, but no shame to be ignorant of God."
** But you have this saving, sanctifying knowledge flourishing in you, BLESS GOD FOR IT; this is the heavenly anointing. The most excellent objects cannot be seen in the dark, but when the light appears, then every flower shines in its native beauty. So while men are in the midnight of a natural state, the beauty of holiness is hidden from them; but when the light of the Spirit comes in a saving manner, then those truths which they slighted before appear in that glorious lustre, and transport them with wonder and love. Bless God you saints, that he has removed your spiritual cataracts and has enabled you to discern those things which by nature's spectacles you could never see.
** It is a mecy you can never be thankful enough for, that God has so enlightened you that you should not sleep the sleep of death."
And in Bible Study, back home is Salisbury, they are reading through AW Pink's The Attributes of God. It is funny how often these two books bring up the same point or compliment each other so well.
"** He can be known only as He is revealed to the heart by the Holy Spirit through the word. The God of scriptures can only be known by those to whom He makes himself known.
** Nor is God known by the intellect. God is Spirit and therefore can only be known spiritually. But fallen man is not spiritual; he is carnal. He is dead to all that is spiritual. Unless he is born again, supernaturally brought from death unto life, miraculously translated out of darkness into light he cannot see the things of God. The Holy Spirit has to shine in our hearts (not intellects) in order to give us "the knowledge of the glory of Jesus Christ". And even that spiritual knowledge is but fragmentary. The regenerate soul has to grom in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus.
** The Principal prarer and aim of Christians should be that we walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God."
So there is what I have been reading. That and this John Piper sermon series that I will comment on later. But I have to get back to homework. I am writing a 30-50 page benchmarking report for my design class. There are five of us working on it. But still, that is a lot of writing to do.
Praise God for life!
Praise God for revealing Himself to us. He didn't need us to know He existed to be powerful and glorious. Actually, He didn't even need to create us to prove that he was faithful and good. Amazing, isn't it?!?

We like to make fun of "Christian Romance Novels" from time to time.
Whenever Mom is reading said books, we tell her the plot before she reads it. You know the story...
A new girl comes to town. She is beautiful. No one likes her. There is a handsome man there. She doesn't like him because he offended her. She ends of getting hurt or there is a storm coming or someone dies. He helps her. They love each other. They get married.
or
A man just lost his wife. He is handsome. He and his two children move to a new town to escape. He stops believing in God. They have a schoolteacher. She is pretty. She thinks he is rude. He thinks she is quiet. The whole book is about them not liking each other until the last two chapters. A kid gets sick. She saves his life. They love each other. They get married. He loves God agan.
I'll give you a few clues:
civic
centry
BMW
taurus
firebird
colt.
If you still haven't guessed:
rock - bird
stump - skunk
tree - bear
bush - dog
This summer girls!!!
P.S. Oh and after the cliff, it just repeats itself and the evil doctor turns into something new each time. Disappointing.
P.P.S. I won't play it again this semester because it is too tempting to do instead of my schoolwork. I played it for about twenty minutes tonight and then killed myself and said "no more after this." What a waste of time! I can't wait until the three of us are together again.

Yes, we used to march every where in a line like this. We had our own village and set of rules (and our own jail...heh...rabbit cage). We had our own houses and a banking system. We had a janitor that kept the roads cleaned and we paid him a salary. Our imaginations were alive and we could do anything. We didn't let anyone else join in our world. It was ours. They hadn't come up with it and we had. Back then it was a huge victory when we could convince our Dad's to play ball tag with us. We loved getting together and playing outside.
And then Ben grew up and we were leaderless. We tried to have Greg lead, but he wasn't old enough (or tall enough) for the responsibility. So we all had to give in and grow up too. Things must end for other things to come along. Sunsets must give way to night and then to beautiful sunrises. If we paused time, we would miss out on what followed.
But, boy I loved those old days!!!
This post goes out to all my old Indian loving childhood brothers and sisters and their parents and mine, who encouraged us to us our imaginations and loved us then and love us still!!! Thank you for making my childhood such a wonderful memory. May you always choose the bumpy road! It is more fun!
Thanks to Rachel for this photo.
Now I have to start writing the 20 page benchmarking report. I guess since there are five of us, that means I have to write about four pages... or so. I think I'll start right after I go back to the Howard's and grade some more homework.
Can't wait for spring break!!
I miss you all.

This is my favorite yogurt (expect I like the blueberry better, but no one has pictures of blueberry online... they all like strawberry better). But I guess the red color is more lovish anyhow, even though I like blue better than red.
I bought 14 the other day and then 6 more because they were on sale. And I only have nine left. So I guess that means I have eaten 11 (really that would be ten because Jared had one of my blueberries when he came to visit).
I love this yogurt. It is my favorite yogurt.
haha.
And I love that Mom is sending me dinner tonight ( I don't think it has red in it, just lots of green and yellow and white)!!
And that my Dad and Brother are coming to the MD vs. Virginia game.
That means we get to wear... red.
Woohoo!
I don't like either of my Tuesday and Thursday Professors.
And they are both longer classes.
My first professor of the day is just a bad teacher. I don't think I will ever learn anything from him. I need to find help somewhere. But he cancelled his office hours today. Otherwise, I would be there begging for help right now and not here blogging.
Secondly, it is miserable to walk all the way across campus to sit in a room and be bored and confused for almost two hours. My second professor of the day is just weird and he mades dumb stupid white people jokes. And he uses bad language and that always makes a professor seem much lower in my eyes. And I think he knows that I don't care for him.
I can't wait to fill out evaluations.
BUT, today Dad and Luke are going to the Viginia game with me!!! So hooray for that. It will probably make me miss home a whole lot more then I do right now. I was doing great until last night. And for some reason I couldn't stop being sad about how I am missing all my siblings lives. They are growing up without me and I don't even know what is going on. That makes me extremely sad. I miss life at my house. I just wanted someone to make noise last night while I was going to sleep. It is so hard to fall asleep to quiet. It is hard to fall asleep to noise too. But it is more comforting to fall asleep to noise. I need sibling noise!!!
Anyhow, I can't wait to see my Dad and brother. I wish all of you could come. Maybe next week. I sure hope I get to come home for the Missions's Conference. But if I have my Vibrations exam on that thursday... I don't know how that will work out. I don't understand anything in it so far and it is week three. Grrr.
Love you all.
Miss you.
