10 dozen of them packed, frozen, and waiting for baby two to arrive. I used a recipe I adapted from the frugal girl blog. You can search frugal girl and pumpkin muffins to find the link. I cut the sugar in half, made them half whole wheat, and used applesauce for a 1/2 cup of the oil.
