Wetbags

I made these for a shower gift. They were super simple. The zipper at the top of each is the only slightly tricky part. One is full size and can hold 20 diapers or so until you can wash them. The smaller one  can hold 3-5 and can be used in your diaper bag while you are out.

Also, one of  my friends pointed out that you can use this for wet bathing suits or other damp items you wish to take home that you would normally throw in a plastic grocery bag. I might have to make another one for Martin when I start potty training him.

  1. These are super cute. What kind of material are they made out of?

  2. I made mine (for Martin) out of PUL and they work great. But when I went to Hobby Lobby this time, all they had was white PUL and no patterns. I was so disappointed. So I made these out of laminated cotton, which isn't as good, but will work. The PUL is better because it is stretchy and you can throw it in the drier. I am going to make a smaller version from the scraps and test it to compare. From reviews online, I see PUL is better.

  3. I've never heard of PUL, that's good to know.
