10/03/50 would have fit the pattern better. :) Then you could be celebrating your 56th wedding anniversary this year! But then of course you would have to be a whole ton of a lot older then you are, so I guess your wedding date is good for you. 10/10/10 is another cool day, but if you are going to wait for 10/10/10, why not just wait another year and wait for ultimate COOLNESS!!! I mean, you only get married once, why not make the date really super cool?!?
haha, yeah, if you are going to wait that long, better just wait for 8/8/88 because that would be really awesome. The 81 date was actually for Mrs. Peipon's wedding. I think they should have gotten married two months earlier. :) Haha.
I like the 7th of June in 2008. 06/07/08. but I don't want to get married in June. I really don't want to get married in the summer. A fall wedding is really pretty ( I think).
And another thing, I hate even numbers... I really would like to get married in an odd year instead of an even year. I love odd numbers. They are so much prettier then even numbers... haha. Okay, I'll stop posting on my own blog now.
I feel like I've stumbled into that scene in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers where the women are dancing around in their petticoats and singing about being married in June.
Faith, your blog broke all the comment records - this one is #22!!! Let's see how far we can go. My rate/stake/count in on 50 (didn't know which word from the dictionary fitted the best ;) By the way, Jamie and I got married on the 13th. We'll definitely celebrate it on a Friday one year :)) But we ARE the luckiest couple ever, I'd rather say 'a blessed one' instead though :)
Well, since I have posted other posts, people forget about how cool this one was and go on to post on the higher up posts. Haha. I think the 13th is a great day to get married. It is an odd number. :) I love odd numbers! It would be funny to celebrate on a Friday thought. I'd get a big kick out of that.

ReplyDeleteOr 8/1/81 that would have been really neat!!!
ReplyDeleteYou would be 25 if you waited until 11-11-11
ReplyDeleteHmm. I would be 21.
I do like it.
8/1/81 is pretty snazzy too. However, that really is too long to wait.

ReplyDeletehope you're married before 11/11/11
ReplyDelete;-)
Sorry. I'm not going to wait until 8-8-88. (:
ReplyDelete08-08-08 is closer. And upside down it would be 80-80-80
if you're partial to 8s.
Or go with 09-09-09. and it would be 60 60 60 upside down.
OR.
no. that's it. for now.
I really like the 09/09/09 because I LOVE ODD NUMBERS!!
ReplyDelete:-) Ben and I were going to get married on 07-07-07
ReplyDelete(I thought that was the prettiest ever. . also because 7 is one of the best numbers!)
But, now, numbers don't seem so important.
i am just glad I'm marrying ben!!! (yessssss!!)
So sweet, Linnea. :)
ReplyDelete09-09-09 is astetically pleasing, even if I don't know how to spell it.
By the way, this is the 12th comment, couldn't seem to leave it at 11 because that would have been too good to be true!

ReplyDeleteI like 09 09 09 a lot too. 9 and 3 are my favorite single digit numbers.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking more about the barn-raising scene...
ReplyDelete(For those who don't know, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers is rated PG for 'Epic Barn-Raising Scenes'...)
Speaking of numbers...
ReplyDeleteNumber Six is not a number!
number nine... number nine... number nine... number nine... number...
